"The Cookery Group" meet on a Saturday mornings once per month at Horndean Technology College. We hire a cookery classroom at the College and, because there are ten cookers in the classroom, the group is limited to ten members. We prepare dishes from the simple to the sophisticated - it just depends on what the members want to cook. The group consists of basic cooks to those with confidence and experience. It is a very friendly group who share their knowledge of food.
